REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE
William’s extensive representative experience includes:
- Representing various lenders, master servicers, primary servicers and special servicers in transactions involving the origination of mortgage loans, mezzanine financing, post-closing modifications of securitized loans, defeasances, restructuring of loans, foreclosures and workouts.
- Representing U.S. and foreign clients in a wide variety of local and multi-state commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leases and project financing.
