- Advising in every sector of the energy business on regulatory issues involving federal and state regulation of energy-related businesses.
- Participating in scores of proceedings before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and federal courts concerning regulation of open-access transmission, pipeline certificates, natural gas and electric rates and tariffs, imports, environmental compliance, enforcement matters and a wide variety of other issues.
