Wade Stribling, a member of Sutherland’s Corporate Practice Group, focuses his practice in corporate, finance and securities matters, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate work. He has handled initial public offerings (IPOs) and other registered securities offerings, as well as a variety of exempt securities offerings and resales including representation of investors and issuers in venture capital transactions.

In addition, Wade has handled real estate matters, mostly centered around venture investments in and sale of pooled assets in the hotel and apartment sectors.

Wade is a member of Sutherland’s Private Equity Team, comprising attorneys from among the firm’s various practice groups and focusing on mergers and acquisitions, venture finance and fund formation.
