Vlad Bulkin, a member of Sutherland’s Corporate Practice Group, focuses his practice on transactions involving public and private securities offerings and assists in advising clients on corporate governance issues and on compliance with securities regulations. Vlad also handles matters relating to the establishment and operation of public and private venture funds including business development companies.

Before joining the firm, Vlad was a legal extern with the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission and the U.S. Attorney’s Office. He also worked as a legal intern with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in the Division of Enforcement and the Office of International Corporate Finance, and as a law clerk in the legal department of a major transportation company.
