- Advising the asset manager of a troubled hotel project in New York City.
- Representing an international hotel operating company and brand owner in a variety of acquisition, development and management deals throughout North America.
- Advising the developer of a resort project in Guanacaste, Costa Rica.
- Representing a pension fund in the disposition of a 12-hotel portfolio.
- Representing the co-owner of a major hotel brand in master franchising agreements for resort properties throughout the Caribbean.
- Representing the government of a Caribbean country in the development of a proposed timeshare statute and pension plan.
