Tory O’Connor, a member of Sutherland’s Tax Practice Group, has experience representing corporate taxpayers in complex federal tax audit and litigation matters. She has participated in litigation in several matters before the U.S. District Courts and the U.S. Courts of Appeals.

Tory also has experience providing tax planning advice to multi-national corporations in corporate and international tax areas, including planning concerning corporate restructurings and acquisitions.
