- Acquisition of Florida Crushed Stone Company for more than $200 million.
- Acquisition of American Limestone Company for more than $200 million.
- Acquisition of Kiewit Materials Company for more than $600 million.
- Lead lawyer in more than 75 Coca-Cola bottling company transactions nationwide, including the $1.1 billion sale of Coke Southwest.
