Thomas Bundy, a member of Sutherland’s Litigation Practice Group, focuses his practice across the spectrum of complex commercial disputes. His substantive experience covers several areas including labor and employment, government contracts, privacy law, securities litigation, and product liability.
While Thomas’ business litigation practice is commercial in nature, his practice focuses primarily on labor and employment issues. He has represented employers, and even employees on occasion, in labor and employment matters in a variety of contexts including class and collective actions. His experience includes litigating benefits claims, harassment, discrimination, retaliation and whistleblower claims, and advising clients on employment policies, restrictive covenants, trade secret issues, union-related issues and worker classification.
Thomas serves on Sutherland’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee and Hiring Committee.
