Takcus Nesbit is a member of Sutherland’s Litigation Practice Group where he focuses on energy and complex litigation matters. Takcus has managed large litigation projects and extensive electronic discovery and document review projects in the oil and gas industry. He also has experience in the areas of commercial business, criminal matters and personal injury claims.

Prior to practicing law, Takcus spent several years serving as a consultant to elected officials and candidates at the state and federal levels.
