Stephanie Kinzel-Tapper is a member of Sutherland’s Litigation Practice Group and focuses her practice on complex energy and business litigation matters. Her cases have involved a variety of claims, including breach of contract, fraud, deceptive trade practices and breach of fiduciary duty. She has litigated these claims arising from a variety of U.S. and international contractual arrangements, including: crude oil trading agreements, data acquisition and use agreements, joint operating agreements, oil and gas leases, and partnership and joint venture agreements.

Before joining Sutherland, Stephanie was an associate with an international law firm in Houston where she focused on energy and commercial litigation.

Stephanie also served as an intern for the Honorable Sara Vance of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.
