- Representing a drilling contractor in a dispute over the manufacture of well control equipment.
- Representing a joint venture partner in a dispute over the operation of a pipeline.
- Representing an oil service company in a trade secret dispute.
- Representing an independent oil and gas exploration and production company in a dispute over termination of an exploration agreement and the alleged misappropriation and use of seismic and other geological data.
- Defending an oil and gas exploration and production company in a case involving claims of breach of contract, conversion and tortious interference related to seismic data.
- Counseling and advising to an international energy company regarding oil and gas royalties.
- Defending an international miller and marketer of rice products in a case involving breach of contract, breach of warranty and Deceptive Trade Practices Act allegations.
