Stephani Hildebrandt is a member of Sutherland’s Corporate Practice Group. She has experience representing clients in connection with a variety of corporate transactions, including public and private offerings and mergers and acquisitions. Stephani also advises clients on a broad range of corporate and securities matters, including corporate governance, disclosure, regulatory and other compliance matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Stephani practiced in the Corporate and Securities and Financial Services Practice Groups of several firms in Washington, D.C.
