Rocco Testani, a member of Sutherland’s Litigation Practice Group, represents clients in a variety of litigation matters ranging from complex business disputes to civil rights and constitutional law cases.

Rocco serves as co-leader of the firm’s Business and Commercial Litigation Team and as head of the firm’s Education, Government and Civil Rights Team, which focuses on the representation of states and government officials in school finance cases across the nation.

Rocco joined Sutherland in 1992 and became a partner in 2001 and is admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the First and Eleventh Circuits, the United States District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia, the Western District of Michigan, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, as well as all appellate and trial courts in Georgia.
