- Representing a consortium of buyers in connection with the $5 billion acquisition of forestland formerly owned by International Paper Company.
- Representing a telecommunications-focused venture capital fund in connection with its investments in, financings of and exits from a number of portfolio companies.
- Representing a number of timber investment firms in connection with the formation of new funds, acquisitions and dispositions of properties and general governance matters.
- Representing several European-based timber investment funds in connection with the structuring and implementation of their U.S. acquisition programs.
- Representing Siemens Corporation in connection with a number of acquisitions, dispositions and other strategic transactions in the water, energy and industry sectors, among others.
- Representing a leading business development company (BDC) in connection with its investments in several portfolio companies.
- Representing a leading BDC in connection with numerous investments in senior debt, mezzanine finance, growth and other funds.
- Representing a real estate-focused private equity fund in its acquisition of a resort in western North Carolina.
- Representing First Data Corporation in connection with several acquisitions, the formation of strategic alliances, the restructuring of strategic alliances and various other transactions.
