• Advised client in connection with a combined $750 million financing to a special purpose limited partnership created for the purpose of paying commissions and making commission advances to a large insurance agency organization. 
• Advised client in connection with a $30 million credit facility to a large absorbent pads manufacturer located in Georgia and California. 
•  Advised client in connection with a $86 million senior secured revolving and term loan facility to finance the acquisition of a food distribution company.  
•  Advised client in connection with a $78 million senior secured credit facility (including warrants) to a manufacturer of plastic products. 
•  Advised client in connection with a $70 million senior secured revolving and term loan facility to a distributor of electrical wire and related products.
