Sutherland is the host of the 2006 East Coast Membership Meeting of The National Society of Compliance Professionals (NSCP). The meeting takes place on May 1, 2006 at the AMA Executive Conference Center in New York. Session topics include: Changing Complexion of the Chief Compliance Officer and the Compliance Department, Focus on CEO Certification – Lessons Learned, Regulatory Audits – Special Focus on Sweep Exams, and Red Flag and Ethics. Sutherland Partner Holly Smith will moderate the opening panel entitled Dialogue with Area Regulators.
