Sutherland Represents Wolverine Power Supply Cooperative in Acquisition of Sumpter Plant

Atlanta (April 5, 2010) – Sutherland Asbill & Brennan LLP advised Wolverine Power Supply Cooperative in its acquisition of Sumpter Plant, a 340-megawatt (MW), gas-fired peaking facility in southern Michigan, from FirstEnergy Generation Corp. The transaction closed March 31.
