Real Estate awards will be handed out for the following categories: Office, Industrial, Retail, Land, Residential, Design, Mixed-Use, Rehab/Renovation and Overall Deal of the Year. The ABC will also induct the Visionary Award winner. Developer Wayne Mason, who plans a path-breaking residential project on the Atlanta Beltline near Piedmont Park, will keynote this year's event.
