REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE
Meghan’s extensive representative experience includes:
- Representing energy companies before the CFTC and other agencies in rulemaking proceedings promulgated by Title VII of Dodd-Frank.
- Advising an industry group on issues related to pending initiatives by Congress and the CFTC that will alter how over-the-counter and related markets are regulated.
- Counseling electric utilities and energy marketer clients regarding mandatory reliability standards, market exploitation, FERC reporting, and transmission compliance matters related to Order Nos. 888 and 890.
- Advocating on behalf of a group of electric utilities aiming to bring regulatory reform to the pole attachment policies implemented by the FCC.
