As Managing Partner of Sutherland, Mark Wasserman provides strategic leadership to the firm, focusing on providing top-level, efficient and creative client service.

Mark also is a seasoned corporate lawyer who has represented and advised private and public companies, both in the United States and internationally, on a broad spectrum of business matters. His practice has focused on mergers and acquisitions and issues relating to federal and state securities laws.

Prior to being elected Managing Partner in 2005, Mark served as co-chair of Sutherland’s Corporate Transactional Team and was a member of the firm’s Executive Committee.
