Mark is the firm wide Managing Partner and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. In his practice, he represents and advises private and public companies, both U.S. and foreign, on a broad spectrum of business matters.

Mark’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and issues relating to the federal and state securities laws.

Mark is recognized in the The Best Lawyers in America for 2005-2008 in Corporate Law and has been named to the Georgia Super Lawyers for 2004-2008.

Mark is active in the community, serving on the Board of Directors of the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, on the Advisory Board for the Pro Bono Institute at Georgetown University, and on the boards of the American-Israel Chamber of Commerce, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta, the Clemson University Research Foundation and the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce. He is a graduate of Leadership Cobb and Leadership Georgia.
