- Representing national law firms and Big Four accounting firms in professional liability litigation across the United States.
- Representing property and casualty, life, and health insurers in class action and extra-contractual litigation in state and federal courts.
- Representing automobile manufacturers and other franchisors nationwide in state and federal court litigation, state administrative proceedings, and arbitrations.
- Serving as lead counsel in state and federal court litigation throughout the United States.
- Serving as lead counsel in successful appeals in the Second, Fifth and Eleventh Circuits and the Supreme Courts of Georgia, Louisiana and Arkansas.
