REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE
Al’s recent representative experience includes:
- Representing Ben Carter Properties in the acquisition, development, leasing and financing of the Mall of Georgia, a 1.7-million-square-foot regional shopping mall in suburban Atlanta, Georgia; St. Johns at Town Center, a one-million-square-foot retail and mixed-use project in Jacksonville, Florida; and The Streets of Buckhead, a $1.2 billion multi-use project in Atlanta, Georgia.
- Representing UBS Realty Investors in more than 20 acquisitions of multi-family, retail, office and hotel properties.
- Representing Worthing Southeast in the development and financing of more than 50 multi-family projects in the southeastern and southwestern United States.
- Representing Ronus Properties in the development of Blue Back Square, a 600,000-square-foot multi-use project in West Hartford, Connecticut, and Piazza at Paces, an 800,000-square-foot multi-use project in Atlanta, Georgia; and in the acquisition, leasing and financing of more than 15 retail shopping centers throughout the United States.
