Larry White, a member of Sutherland’s Tax Practice Group, practices in the areas of estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax; income taxation of estates and trusts; wills, trusts and administration of estates; life insurance planning; tax controversies; and fiduciary litigation. He focuses on estate planning and the preparation of wills, trusts and related documents, and on planning for closely held businesses, including corporate restructurings and recapitalizations, gift planning, income tax planning, and charitable planning.

Larry has published articles in Taxation for Lawyers, Taxation for Accountants and The Bureau of National Affairs’ (BNA) Estates, Gifts, and Trusts Journal. He has also lectured at numerous seminars sponsored by groups such as the Fiduciary Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia, the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Kentucky Tax Institute and the Southern California Estate Planning Institute.
