REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE
Kevin’s recent representative experience includes:
- Representing a timber investment management organization in the disposition of approximately 35,000 acres of timberland in the northeastern United States.
- Representing a timber investment management organization in the sale of two conservation easements totaling more than 60,000 acres in Michigan to a national conservation organization.
- Representing an individual landowner in the donation of a conservation easement over a 1,000-acre farm in Georgia to a regional land trust.
- Representing Atlanta developer Ben Carter Properties in the assemblage of 37 properties and the termination of approximately 70 existing leases in the Buckhead neighborhood of Atlanta, Georgia, for The Streets of Buckhead redevelopment project.
- Representing a landlord in the leasing of a 10,000-square-foot retail space to a national retailer in Jacksonville, Florida.
PROFESSIONAL AND COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
- Pro bono volunteer, representing pro bono clients with real estate matters, including negotiating the sale of a conservation easement in Georgia and the purchase, sale and leasing of various properties in the Southeastern United States
