- Representing a large consulting firm to a successful jury verdict in a case where the firm helped the plaintiff select enterprise resource planning software that did not function properly upon installation.
- Representing a large accounting firm to a successful jury verdict against a plaintiff who was seeking more than $50 million in damages.
- Achieving a favorable Hearing Panel decision for a corporate executive that FINRA sued for fraud.
- Achieving summary judgment for a large consulting firm against a plaintiff who was seeking more than $6 million in damages for alleged negligence, breach of contract and fraud.
- Conducting an internal investigation for a company that believed one of its officers was placing false information into the company’s financial statements.
- Advising a Spanish company on U.S. Customs laws and establishing a disadvantaged business enterprise in U.S. airports.
