REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE Jerry’s extensive representative experience includes:
- Litigating successfully on behalf of McDonald’s Corporation, Hospital Corporation of America, Ingram Industries, and a number of other corporations and individuals.
- Representing some of the major law firms in the country on their own tax matters.
- Representing a majority of the Arthur Andersen tax partners.
- Serving as a tax expert on behalf of major law firms in tax disputes for their clients.
- Serving as an expert witness on behalf of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC).
- Planning major corporate transactions and conducting a very active tax-rulings practice.
- Representing taxpayers in obtaining tax legislation.
- Testifying before both of the Congressional tax-writing committees.
- Serving as a mediator in tax disputes, including serving as a mediator in Appeals mediation proceedings.
