Jae Yoon is a member of Sutherland’s Litigation Practice Group. Since joining the firm, he has practiced primarily in the areas of securities enforcement and litigation. Jae has worked with broker-dealers, investment advisers, investment companies, corporations, and individuals involved in securities litigation, regulatory investigations, and enforcement matters brought by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
