Hannah Orowitz is a member of Sutherland’s Corporate Practice Group, focusing her practice on corporate and securities law including public offerings, private equity, and debt and corporate governance matters. She advises clients on compliance with the Securities Act of 1933, the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934 and the Investment Company Act of 1940. Hannah also handles matters relating to the establishment and operation of public and private closed-end funds including business development companies.

Before joining Sutherland, Hannah was a summer associate with the firm. She also served as an intern with the Smithsonian Institution’s General Counsel’s Office.
