Hannah practices with the Corporate Group, focusing her practice on corporate and securities law, including public offerings and corporate governance matters.  She advises clients on compliance with the Securities Act of 1933, the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934 and the Investment Company Act of 1940.  Hannah also handles matters relating to the establishment and operation of public and private closed-end funds, including business development companies.

Before joining the firm, Hannah was an intern with the Smithsonian Institution’s General Counsel's Office, as well as at law firms in Alexandria, Virginia and Meadville, Pennsylvania.  She is conversant in French and proficient in Mandarin Chinese.
