Greg Staiti is a member of Sutherland’s Energy and Environmental Practice Group, where his practice focuses on energy policy, legislative and regulatory issues, and environmental matters related to commercial trading of petroleum and renewable products. Greg also has experience with hazardous materials spill response.

In addition, Greg serves on Sutherland’s Climate Change law team, working with clients to identify and capitalize on opportunities and respond to business challenges impacted by climate change policies and regulations. He is familiar with U.S. and international carbon cap-and-trade systems and trading programs for emission allowances and offsets.

Greg also regularly contributes to the Offshore Energy Law Blog, a leading industry source focusing on issues at the intersection of offshore energy and federal policy, regulation and politics.
