Paul is presenting on “Energy Markets: Developments in the Changing Credit Landscape: Alternative Credit Support Mechanisms.” His presentation will describe the current difficulties facing energy companies in the credit markets, as well as discuss alternative credit support mechanisms being used to address the state of the credit markets.
The Gas and Power Institute brings together experts and practitioners across many disciplines related to the electric power and natural gas business to explore the latest commercial, regulatory and contractual issues affecting the industry. The Institute examines recent legislative actions and regulatory initiatives, and includes presentations on the nodal market design in Texas; developments in the continuing conflict between the FERC and CFT; and commodity prices and transportation.
