- Advising clients regarding life insurance reserve securitizations, commercial loan securitizations and timber installment note transactions.
- Representing financial institutions and energy dealers in structuring inventory financing transactions for oil refineries, pipeline companies and other energy market participants.
- Advising clients on financing transactions involving metals and other commodities.
- Representing commercial and industrial firms and financial services companies in a wide variety of corporate finance transactions including senior, mezzanine and subordinated debt financings; private debt placements; and commercial paper offerings.
