Elisabeth Bentzinger, a member of Sutherland’s Financial Services Practice Group, focuses her practice on federal securities laws as they relate to investment companies and investment-oriented insurance products. She assists insurance companies and other financial services clients with the design and implementation of a variety of U.S. Securities Exchange Commission (SEC)-registered and unregistered investment products, including variable and fixed annuity and life insurance products. Elisabeth also counsels SEC-reporting companies regarding their registration, compliance, reporting, and disclosure requirements under federal securities laws.

Before joining the firm, Elisabeth was at The Canada Life Assurance Company in Atlanta, Georgia.
