REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE David’s recent representative experience includes:
- Representing First Data Corporation in several acquisition, sale and alliance transactions, including the purchase of equity interests in Money Network Financial LLC.
- Representing Spectrum Brands Inc. (formerly Rayovac Corporation) in its acquisitions of Remington Products Company, a shaving and grooming products company, for approximately $325 million; Tetra GmbH, a German pet food company, for approximately $500 million; and United Industries Corporation, a lawn-and-garden and pet-care products company, for approximately $1.1 billion.
- Representing Rinker Materials Corporation (now part of CEMEX) in numerous acquisitions of privately held construction materials businesses throughout the United States.
- Representing a consortium of purchasers, led by Resource Management Service LLC, in the acquisition of approximately four million acres of U.S. timberland from International Paper Company for $5 billion in an installment note transaction.
- Representing Temple-Inland Inc. in its sale of 1.55 million acres of U.S. timberland to an investment group led by The Campbell Group LLC for $2.38 billion in an installment note transaction.
- Representing The Forestland Group LLC in its acquisition of Anderson-Tully Company in a transaction valued at $465 million.
