David’s recent representative experience includes:
- Forming a programmatic joint venture for a major national insurance company to acquire $150 million of agricultural land in the United States, Canada and Australia.
- Forming a mortgage lending fund and negotiating related management agreements for a large state pension fund.
- Acquiring 64,000 acres of timberland in Arkansas for a major timber investment management organization.
- Acquiring 53,000 acres of timberland in West Virginia for a major timber investment management organization.
- Drafting long-term timber supply agreements for a major timber company in connection with its disposition of more than 1.5 million acres of timberland.
