- Forming a programmatic joint venture for a major national insurance company to acquire $150 million of agricultural land in the United States, Canada and Australia.
- Acquiring 64,000 acres of timberland in Arkansas for a major timber investment management organization.
- Acquiring and negotiating financing for a $58 million portfolio of multi-family properties for a large state pension fund.
- Developing, leasing and disposing of outparcels of a 750,000-square-foot lifestyle center in Alabama for a large retail developer.
- Acquiring a $330 million portfolio of agricultural properties in six states for a major national insurance company.
- Drafting long-term timber supply agreements for a major timber company in connection with its disposition of more than 1.5 million acres of timberland.
