David is an associate in the Real Estate Practice Group.  He has experience in a variety of areas, including acquisitions, joint venture formation, retail development and leasing and timber industry transactions.
 
David earned a J.D., graduating first in his class, from the University of Virginia School of Law where he served as Executive Editor for the Virginia Law Review.  He received a B.A., summa cum laude, in Spanish and Philosophy from Vanderbilt University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.  David is fluent in written and spoken Spanish.
 
David is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Atlanta Bar Association.
