Cynthia focuses her practice on advising mutual funds, mutual fund boards of directors, investment advisers, and business development companies on issues arising under the Investment Company Act of 1940, the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, and other federal securities laws.

Cynthia assists clients with registration, reporting, and disclosure requirements, as well as with fund governance and compliance matters. Cynthia also regularly advises clients with respect to SEC and FINRA requirements for investment company advertisements and sales literature.
