Charlie Hurt is a member of Sutherland’s Tax Practice Group and heads the firm’s Trusts and Estates Team in the firm’s Atlanta office. Charlie concentrates his practice in the areas of wills and trusts, estate and gift taxes, estate planning, estate administration, and working with multi-generational families and their advisers. In addition to his tax experience, Charlie has a broad background in general corporate matters and in advising closely held businesses and family groups.
