Chuck Ganz is a member of Sutherland’s Corporate Practice Group, where he focuses in the areas of corporate finance, securities, and mergers and acquisitions. He also represents a number of manufacturing, service and technology companies and other clients for whom he conducts a general corporate practice.
Chuck began his legal career at a major Wall Street law firm where he initially focused on mergers, acquisitions, securities and corporate finance work for large national and multi-national companies. He was involved in acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, public offerings and private placements of all types and is listed as a qualified municipal finance attorney in The Red Book. Chuck has also spent significant time in the areas of aircraft finance, project finance and institutional, commercial and asset-based lending.
