Charles Ganz is a member of Sutherland’s Corporate Practice Group. His practice is focused principally in the areas of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and securities law. In addition, he represents a number of national and multi-national manufacturing, service and technology companies and other clients for whom he conducts a general corporate practice, which includes advice as to sales and supply agreements, employment contracts, licenses and leases. 

Charles began his legal career at a major Wall Street law firm, and he is still a member of the New York Bar. He has significant experience in complex stock and asset purchases, sales and mergers, public offerings, private placements, leveraged and management buyouts, going private transactions, proxy contests, and tender offers. His practice also includes institutional, commercial and asset-based lending and project finance transactions. He is also listed as a qualified municipal finance attorney in The Red Book.
