Chuck practices in the areas of corporate finance, securities and mergers and acquisitions. He also represents a number of manufacturing, service and technology companies and other clients for whom he conducts a general corporate practice.

Chuck began his legal career at a major Wall Street law firm where he initially focused on mergers, acquisitions, securities and corporate finance work for large national and multi-national companies.  He was involved in acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, public offerings and private placements of all types and is listed as a qualified municipal finance attorney in the Red Book.  Chuck has also spent significant time in the areas of aircraft finance, project finance and institutional, commercial and asset-based lending.

Chuck is an active participant in community affairs. His activities have included participation as a Trustee of The Davis Academy, the Southeastern Flower Show, the Atlanta Ballet, the Georgia Federal Tax Conference (President 1983-1985), the Standard Club, the Japan America Society of Georgia (current Chairman) and the American Israel Chamber of Commerce. He is also an active member of the Atlanta Venture Forum, the British-American Business Group and the Georgia Economic Developers Association.

Chuck is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the Atlanta Bar Association and the Lawyers Club of Atlanta.

Chuck was named a Best Lawyer in 2004 through 2008 in the area of Corporate Law, a Georgia Super Lawyer for 2005-2007 by Atlanta Magazine and to Georgia's Legal Elite by Georgia Trend in 2006-2008.
