P. Bruce Wright is speaking at the Bermuda Captive Insurance Conference, June 6, 2012 in Southampton, Bermuda. He is part of a closing panel presentation, titled “Captive Hot Topics,” that features industry experts from different disciplines discussing topical issues that affect captives, such as Dodd-Frank, Solvency II, and investing in the current climate.
A member of the Tax Practice Group, Bruce counsels multinational clients on a variety of tax and insurance law issues including formation of commercial offshore privately and publicly held entities and the development of structured financial products such as securitizations, swaps, options and similar products used as alternatives to conventional risk financing mechanisms such as “rent-a-captives” and “cell companies.”
