Ben Morgan is a member of Sutherland’s Litigation Practice Group, focusing on the areas of energy litigation, professional liability and securities litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Ben served as a law clerk for the Honorable Stanley F. Birch Jr. of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. While in law school, he served as an intern for the Honorable Justice P. Harris Hines of the Supreme Court of Georgia and for the Georgia Department of Corrections Probation Division. Before law school, Ben worked as a public communications specialist for a transportation agency in California and as a legislative assistant to Congressman Tom Campbell in Washington.
