Anne is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group. 

While earning a J.D. from George Mason University School of Law, Anne served as the school representative for the American Bar Association.  She was also the co-founder and president of the George Mason University School of Law American Bar Association.  She received a B.S. in Economics and a minor in Criminology from Duke University.

Prior to joining the firm, Anne worked as an attorney advisor for the United States Small Business Administration, where she employed creditors’ rights, secured transactions and evaluated default loans.  She also spent a year as an associate for a Virginia firm, maintaining a heavy caseload including criminal, corporate, immigration, domestic and other civil litigation cases.
