- Counseling a major concern on the use of its interruptible access capacity rights at U.S. LNG terminals.
- Drafting throughput agreements for capacity holders at European and U.S. LNG terminals.
- Counseling a Canadian province on LNG transit matters, United States Coast Guard regulations, and Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) developments.
- Advising a major concern on third-party access rules at numerous European LNG terminals.
- Developing a stakeholder engagement strategy for an offshore LNG terminal developer.
- Analyzing and modeling multiple-user terminal operations for capacity holders at European and U.S. LNG terminals.
- Counseling major concerns on complex intershipper agreements at LNG terminals that govern vessel scheduling, inventory management and sendout coordination.
- Drafting tug and other marine services contracts for LNG terminal capacity holders.
- Analyzing and drafting LNG sale and purchase agreements for major concerns.
