- Advising a variety of clients, including potential swap dealers, pooled investment vehicles and commercial end users, on implementation issues regarding the Dodd-Frank regulatory regime for derivatives.
- Providing legislative and regulatory analysis to commercial energy firms, commercial end users and pooled investment vehicles.
- Managing corporate governance matters for clients, including compliance with securities laws.
- Advising clients on compliance issues related to the Commodity Exchange Act.
- Negotiating documentation for over-the-counter derivatives, cleared derivatives and futures transactions on behalf of clients.
- Advising clients on energy commodity transactions, including wind and revenue hedges and credit sleeves.
