Adrienne Smith is a member of Sutherland’s Corporate Practice Group, where she focuses her practice in the area of mergers and acquisitions and general corporate governance. Adrienne represents public and private companies in a wide range of corporate transactional matters, including purchases and sales of businesses, strategic relationships, restructurings and various commercial agreements. Adrienne has represented clients in domestic and cross-border transactions across several different industries including telecommunications, disaster remediation and manufacturing.
