Abigail Politzer, a member of Sutherland’s Litigation Practice Group, focuses her practice on labor and employment law. She regularly provides advice and consulting services to clients on employment law and other personnel matters including such issues as harassment and discrimination claims; requests for accommodation and medical leave; overtime and other wage-and-hour issues; personnel policies and employee handbooks; pre-employment inquiries; employment, non-compete and separation agreements; independent contractor agreements; whistleblower claims; and affirmative action programs for government contractors.

Abigail represents employers in a wide variety of industries including automotive, manufacturing, technology, energy, consumer products, retail, higher education and financial services.
