REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE Abigail’s recent representative experience includes:
- Successfully defending employers in discrimination matters before federal and state courts and in proceedings before government agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
- Representing clients in proceedings before the U.S. Department of Labor regarding the Fair Labor Standards Act, the whistleblower protections of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 and the affirmative action requirements of Executive Order 11,246.
