An active member of the American Bar Association’s Business Law Section's Mergers and Acquisitions Committee for more than 20 years, Tom co-chaired that committee’s Joint Venture Task Force. As such, he was a principal drafter of ABA Model Joint Venture Agreement with Commentary (2006). Tom also co-authored the “Illustrative Legal Opinions” and related commentary included in the ABA Model Stock Purchase Agreement with Commentary (Second Edition 2010).
