Sara Sabour counsels clients on a variety of corporate finance matters and securities and capital market transactions, including structured products and public and private offerings. She also advises on corporate governance issues and matters relating to the establishment, operation and regulation of business development companies (BDCs).

Her previous experience includes serving as a law clerk for Fannie Mae, a legal intern for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and a judicial intern to the Honorable Judith N. Macaluso of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, Civil Division.

Sara is admitted to the New York State Bar. She has submitted her application to The District of Columbia Bar. Her work is supervised by District of Columbia Bar members.
