- Represented CoBank, ACB as lead arranger and administrative agent in connection with $600 million in credit facilities secured by timberlands in 7 states and various JV-related equity interests.
- Represented issuer in connection with sponsor-funded, cash-collateralized, standby letter of credit needed by telecommunications portfolio company to meet terms of grant program.
- Represeted private equity firm in connection with leveraged acquisition of add-on company and $60 million incremental increase of credit facilities with private credit.
