Melissa Conrad-Alam advises clients on both litigation and corporate issues. She focuses her litigation practice on an array of business and commercial litigation matters, while her corporate practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate governance.
Melissa served as a Summer Associate at Sutherland in 2013. Prior to that, she worked as a legal intern for the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta, where she assisted with finance and litigation matters, and for the Georgia Law Center for the Homeless, where she assisted with litigation matters representing homeless clients in the Atlanta area. Melissa also served as the Daniel J. Curtin Fellow for the American Planning Association’s Planning and Law Division from 2012-2013.
